Note:Although this sound effect is not commented out of audio.cfg, I do not believe this plays in the final game as I have played it for 10+ years and have 100% completed the game. Why? Based off the filename, we can assume this sound involves a power brick (red brick). These only make sound when appearing or being collected, and I have never once heard this sound.
